Osso Buco is an Italian dish made with veal shank containing marrowbone, stewed in wine with vegetables and seasonings.
Our cross-cut shanks are from an animal aged to 24-30 months. These shanks are best cooked low and slow and will give you tender, flavorful dishes! May also be used in soups and make incredible nutrient dense bone broth!

Average package weight is 1.28 lbs. 1-2 shanks per package.
