Low and slow is the name of the game for this hearty cut of beef! Traditionally the chuck steak is used in stews, braised dishes, pot roasts and slow cookers. Although the chuck steak isn't celebrated as the most glamorous cut of beef it's delicious when cooked right. As with all of our beef this cut is sourced from pasture raised and grain finished beef.
