Our T-Bone is perfect for the true steak lover. One side of the bone is the short loin and the other is the tenderloin, two of the most prized cuts of beef. Our T-bone's come from beef that is pasture raised, grain finished, and dry aged at least 21 days for a flavor that will impress even the toughest of critics.
