Our ground beef is the perfectly lean and SO delicious! I actually have to add olive oil or butter when cooking it because there is such little fat content. It requires no draining of the fat like other stuff you might purchase. It tastes really great, as it comes from an animal that has spent all of its life on grass with some corn silage supplementation. You will NOT be disappointed by this ground beef, which works perfect in everything from meatloaf to burgers on the grill.
