Boston Butt
This common roast is the top portion of a pork shoulder - the meatiest part of the pork shoulder. It is often smoked for a mouthwatering pork BBQ but works well for any slow cooked pork dish. Because it has a good marbling of fat, you can cook it until it's falling apart tender, and it will still be juicy.
