If you want to make the best pulled pork sandwich you ever had, here is where you start. The Boston butt when cooked low and slow will make the most tender pulled pork around. Throw it on the smoker to get that extra flavor to impress your family and friends. With the marbling found in the Duroc you will not be disappointed. Roasts range from 3.5 - 4.5 pounds.
