From the rolling hills of our regenerative family farm in southwest Montana grows this beautiful plant with a bright yellow flower. The tiny seeds are harvested in the fall to make the most delicious gourmet mustard! Use in your sausage or canning or soak overnight and blend to make your own mustard for your hamburgers!

The jar contains 3 OZ of mustard seed, enough to make two cups of mustard!
