Our flavorful, tender Briskets are PERFECT for smoking!  The fat in a brisket has a low melting point which makes this cut of meat so juicy!  We have a variety of sizes available ranging from sizes 4 to 6 pounds.  When prepared correctly, it will be rich in flavor and tender enough to cut with a butter knife!
