We are Wayne and Kerrie Goldwater. Fifth-generation Texans and first-generation cattle ranchers in Limestone County, Texas. From our family to yours, we provide delicious, nutritious pasture-raised beef and chicken.

For us, ethical farming isn’t just a practice, it’s a promise rooted in family, stewardship, and sustainability. As first-generation cattle ranchers with deep Texas roots, we’ve built our operation with integrity from the ground up. Our cattle are raised on pasture and never given added hormones or antibiotics. Our chickens are fed non-GMO, soy-free, corn-free feed and moved to fresh pasture daily. Our pastures are never sprayed with chemicals.

This isn’t just food. It’s a way of life. We’re not trying to be everything to everyone. We’re here for those who care about their food. Where it comes from, how it’s raised, and who’s behind it. Our cattle and poultry are raised on pasture and stay on pasture their entire lives. Our animals are raised right - ethically and humanely. We always use USDA-inspected processing facilities.

We care about our land and our animals, and we are always looking for ways to do things better. It's important to know where your food comes from and will always be transparent about our methods and practices.
